Frequently asked questions
Inquiry and Consultation
Fill out our contact form and let us in on the details of your big day! Please include any details you have (budget, venue, overall vibe). If you're not sure about a certain aspect, that's also totally okay and something we can help with!
After getting all your initial information, we'll reach out to set up a day and time to chat about everything more in depth. During this meeting we will also make sure we're a good fit. We want to make the entire process as stress-free as possible, and part of that is earning your trust!
Proposal After meeting and gushing over all your dreams and details, we channel that creative energy into creating your custom floral plan.
Your proposal will list everything we discussed and the associated costs, including any delivery or on-site labor fees. Everything will be broken down line by line. Every wedding has a budget and we want to work with you to find a design that fits your aesthetic AND budget.
If you feel confident that we're the ladies to get the job done, we require a signed proposal and $1,000 non-refundable retainer to lock in your date and details.
Planning Over the next few months we work behind the scenes planning for your big day! Of course if you need us we're only an email or phone call away, but otherwise communication typically dies down until about 2 months before your event. At that point as you're finalizing guest counts and other details, we'll touch base and edit any quantities before sending a final proposal. Tweaks at this point are common and expected. Final payment is due 30 days before your wedding day. Your Wedding Day On your big day we'll show up with tons of gorgeous flowers and blow you away! We'll get to work if any on-site labor is needed, otherwise we'll drop off personals and any other items and make sure everything is exactly how you envisioned it!
Delivery options are available for proposals over $2,000. Pickup on our farm in North Branch is free.
Every wedding is different, but generally we arrive with personals 30 minutes before the photographer arrives. This way florals are available for any detail shots your photographer may take.
We aim to create styles that are romantic and botanical, fresh from the garden and full of bounty. We want bouquets and arrangements to have life and movement with lots of texture and interesting and thoughtful floral choices. We want to create florals that are emotional and impactful.
Setup or installation pricing is included on your proposal and is often built into the price of an item or service. We do this to ensure that larger or more elaborate floral elements are properly secured and/or have the necessary on site adjustments made.
We have done wedding work each year we have been in business and find immense joy in bringing floral visions to life on one of the most important days of clients' lives.
Since 2022, we have worked on 35 weddings of varying sizes and scales, each year taking on more clients as our skills improve. For 2025, we have over 25 weddings booked and still have prime wedding weekends available. Inquire here to see if we're available!
Sustainability to us means using as few single-use materials as possible and choosing materials that are environmentally-friendly. While not always unavoidable, we make every effort to choose alternatives that don't harm the nature.
In our designs we utilize chicken wire, reusable compote pillows, and home compostable products. We do not use floral foam. All of our flowers are grown free of harsh chemicals and pesticides and are free of preservative.

End of night clean up rates vary but are based on staffing availability, distance from the farm, and time of night.
At this time we do not offer preservation services.
We have heard good things about Minnesota-based Bloom Haven Co. and Pressed Flower Shop, however we have not worked with these companies directly so do your due diligence!
We require a $1,000 retainer to reserve our services. This enables us to turn away other potential clients that inquire about your date and also covers any costs related to reserving rentals or buying specific hard goods like vases or candles. The retainer amount is deducted from the final payment.
Yes!
You can request changes to the proposal at any time throughout the planning process, before or after the retainer is paid.
Approximately 45-60 days before your event we schedule a final meeting to go over the whole proposal and make sure everything is accurate. There are no proposal changes allowed less than 30 days before your wedding as materials and other non-refundable products have been ordered or reserved.
