Offer + Our Process
01
Initial inquiry + Consultation
Fill our our contact form and let us in on the details of your big day! Please include any details you have (budget, venue, overall vibe). If you're not sure about a certain aspect, that's also totally okay and something we can help you with!
After getting all your initial information, we'll reach out to set up a day and time to chat about everything more in depth. During this meeting we will also make sure we're a good fit. We want you to make the entire process as stress-free as possible, and part of that is earning your trust!

Interactive mood board + Proposal
After meeting and gushing over all your dreams and details, we channel that creative energy into creating a custom mood board for every aspect of your big day.
At the same time, we'll send a proposal listing everything we discussed and the associated costs, including any delivery and on-site labor. Everything will be broken down line by line so you can see how your budget is being allocated. Every wedding has a budget and we want to work with you to find a design that fits your aesthetic AND budget.
If you feel confident that we're the ladies to get the job done, we require a signed proposal and retainer of $1,000 to lock in your date and details.

Planning
Over the next few months we work behind the scenes planning and planting flowers for your big day! Of course if you need us we're only an email or phone call away, but otherwise communication typically dies down until about 2 months before your event.

Final Details
Two or three months before your big day we'll reach back out and go over everything one more time. Alterations to the initial proposal are common and expected, so we'll get final quantities and update everything as needed. We'll send you a final proposal and the remaining payment will be due 30 days before your wedding day.

Your wedding day
On your big day we'll show up with a car or two full of flowers and blow you away! We'll get to work if any on-site labor is needed, otherwise we'll drop off personals and any other items and make sure everything is exactly how you envisioned!
